Claude Delva
Immigration Program Director
Before joining the Center for Immigrant Development, Inc. Claude Delva has worked for the International Institute of Connecticut, Inc., a non-profit organization, since 1999 as an immigration specialist providing family based immigration services to clients requesting immigration benefits and application preparation. He has been the supervisor of the Stamford office for eight years.
Claude has also been an accredited as a representative by the Board of Immigration Appeals since 2004. Claude was awarded certificates of Training in Advanced Family Immigration Law and in Citizenship and Naturalization by the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. He has organized citizenship classes at Neighbor’s Link. Claude received an associate degree in Fashion Merchandising and Buying at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and a Bachelor in Social Sciences at the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.
