James Saint Paul, a Fulbright scholar graduated from the University of TX with a BA in Foreign Languages with a double Major in English and Spanish and a minor in Psychology. He then received another scholarship called “Good Neighbor Scholarship” to pursue his master in Linguistics. He was the former Director of Refugee Resettlement and Supportive Services and Director of Language Services at the international Institute of CT.
As the Head of Refugees he helped hundreds of Refugee and Asylum immigrants adjust their status as permanent residents in Bridgeport, Stamford and Waterbury. As the head of Languages, he conducted and facilitated various bi cultural training for interpreters and translators in more than 20 languages. He is currently the Director of Human Services Infrastructure at ABCD, Inc. Mr. Saint Paul has been helping the immigrant and the non-immigrant Communities of Fairfield County for close to two decades. He was appointed by the Chief Justice of Connecticut at the Office of Victim Services as a council member where he was the voice and the advocate for the victims whom English is not their first language.
Mr. Saint Paul is now completing a master in Pastoral Ministry at Andrews University concentrating in counseling and Urban Ministry.
