Fanel Merville
Executive Director
Fanel Merville is a doctoral student in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. His research interests include post development, systems thinking, and organizational management with a focus on organizational change, culture, policy and behavior. He is passionate about social entrepreneurship and takes pride as a scholar practitioner in researching how organizations work.
Additionally, he is accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) with the legal standing to provide legal immigration counseling. Before the Center for Immigrant Development, Inc., Mr. Merville has worked for the International Institute of Connecticut, Prudential Relocation and the city of Bridgeport Board of Education. Mr. Merville has been a member of several community-based organizations in Fairfield County including the Stamford Policy Council, the Haitian Community Center and the Haitian American Professional Association of Connecticut (HAPAC).
